Learning to shoot and carry a gun is only the first step in taking responsibility when carrying a firearm. Learning to mitigate life loss and safely provide appropriate care when necessary is the next ! Come join us for our next Intro to Trauma class Sunday Jan 28, 2024 from 9am-3pm est .
This 4-5 hr class will cover many topics .
-Basic human anatomy and physiology
-Basic principles of trauma care (from triage to hand off )
-Choosing your gear and setting up your FAK
-Proper utilization of your gear
- CPR
And more !
This will contain lecture, scenario based and hands on instruction.
The only thing you need to bring are some snacks/lunch, pen and paper, yourself and a willingness to learn!
This course has been developed by, and will be taught by our staff of medics, trauma nurses , and combat vets providing real life experience with the most up to date training.
